Graduated in Computer Science at the University of Santo Amaro (2001) and PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of São Paulo (2008). He served in the Bioinformatics area at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research (2001-2012) and currently is associate professor in Digital Metropolis Institute (IMD / UFRN), developer of the Institute of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology (2Bio) and collaborator of Bioinformatics team of International Research Center, CIPE / AC Camargo Cancer Center. He has experience in genetics with an emphasis on Bioinformatics and Genomics, acting on the following topics: Cancer, Molecular Biology, Genomics and Transcriptomics.
